• You may not claim ownership or copyright of the Content.

• You may not use the Content in isolation (i.e., without adding significant original material) in music or audio productions.

 

Royalty-Free Status

The Content is provided on a royalty-free basis for online beat leasing and for releases with fewer than 1 million streams. However, once a release surpasses 1 million streams, the loop must be cleared, and royalties/publishing will be divided fairly.

 

Credit

While not required, we appreciate credit given as "Samples provided by Soul Craft Loops" where possible.

 

Ownership

Soul Craft Loops retains all rights, title, and interest in the Content, including all intellectual property rights.

 

Liability

Soul Craft Loops is not responsible for any loss, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Content.

 

Termination

Soul Craft Loops reserves the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms.

 

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, exceptions may be made at our discretion.

 

Changes to Terms
